Design District Decor LLC is a reputable interior design and fit-out company in the UAE specializing in high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced
HVAC Foreman - Fit-Out
to lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installation works for interior fit-out projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Lead and manage HVAC technicians and laborers on-site to ensure productivity and quality.
Coordinate daily work schedules and material requirements with project managers and site engineers.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
Inspect installed HVAC systems for quality and adherence to specifications.
Report progress, site issues, and manpower needs to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of HVAC materials and tools on site.
Support troubleshooting and minor technical adjustments during installation and commissioning.
Requirements
Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Foreman in fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, ducting, piping, and system testing.
Ability to lead and motivate a team efficiently.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and follow instructions accurately.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with site teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in VRF/VRV systems and chilled water installations.
Familiarity with commissioning processes and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
