Electrical Foreman - Fit-Out
to supervise electrical installation teams on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation works including wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels, and low current systems for interior fit-out projects.
Lead and manage electricians and laborers on-site to ensure productivity and quality standards.
Coordinate daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements with project managers and site engineers.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
Inspect electrical installations to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
Report site progress, challenges, and manpower needs to site engineers or project managers.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of electrical materials and tools on site.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Requirements
Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an Electrical Foreman in fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, wiring regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE electrical codes and local authority requirements.
Preferred Skills
Experience in low current and building management systems (BMS) installations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
