Hvac Estimation Engineer
Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Draftsman/Estimator (HVAC ) to join our HVAC contracting and maintenance company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC ducting design and estimation within the UAE or GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed HVAC ducting shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination layouts.*
Identifying the type and quantity of materials, labor and equipment required to complete the project.*
Presenting the estimate to the client or project manager.*
Generate BOQ, material take-offs, and accurate cost estimations*
Utilize estimation software such as Camduct*
Coordinate with engineers, production, and project teams for design feasibility and accuracy*
Review MEP drawings, tender documents, and project specifications*
Maintain records of all revisions, drawings, and estimates*
Negotiating pricing with vendors and suppliers.
2-5 years of HVAC Design and estimation engineering experience in contracting (UAE/GCC preferred)*
Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC estimation software*
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field*
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills*
Preferred Software Skills:
CAMduct, , HAP or equivalent
Microsoft Excel (for BOQ and pricing analysis)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
