The ideal candidate should be capable of
independent troubleshooting
, electrical works, and advanced HVAC repairs.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC Works
Service, troubleshoot, and repair
split, ducted, package, and VRF/VRV systems
.
Perform
gas charging, expansion valve replacement, compressor replacement
, and leak detection.
Work on
CR / CRF units
, FCUs, AHUs, thermostats, and control wiring.
Identify faults and carry out corrective maintenance for breakdown calls.
Electrical Works
Perform
DB (Distribution Board) checking
, fault identification, and MCB replacement.
Carry out
electrical wiring
, socket and switch installation/replacement.
Handle lighting works, isolators, power points, and basic control wiring.
Ensure electrical works are completed safely and neatly.
General Maintenance
Attend maintenance and emergency calls across villas, apartments, offices, and shops.
Coordinate with supervisors and update job status after completion.
Follow safety procedures and use proper tools and PPE.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience
as an
HVAC & Electrical Technician
in the UAE.
Strong hands-on experience in
both HVAC and electrical maintenance
.
Proven ability to work on
DBs, switches, wiring
, and AC systems.
Experience with
compressor replacement, expansion valves, and VRV/VRF units
is required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be currently based in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, or related trade.
Experience working with
maintenance or AMC companies
.
UAE driving license preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
AED 2,500 - 3,500/month
(depending on experience)
