JOB DESCRIPTION

At BROOKLYN, we owe our success to people and processes. The driver and serviceman helper at BGM plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks in relation to the cleaning, disinfection, of HVAC systems, Kitchen Hoods, Drains, Water Tanks, and Sewer Lines to the highest quality standards.

? Performing deep cleaning work as per schedule and/ or Crew Leader's instructions

? Follow Health and Safety Standards and all applicable procedures at all times

? Ensure compliance with the property management processes, procedures, and work
instructions to deliver all work with appropriate quality and in high standards.

? Operate light equipment and several other tools that are used on sites as and when
required

? Carry tools on and of off pick-up truck, with the ability to stand or walk for extended
periods of time

? Proactively set up various tools and materials that will be required for the task

? Ensure that the maintenance equipment/tools are in good operating condition at all

times

? Perform aftercare and cleaning of the equipment/tools used

? Reporting incidents to the Crew Leader when working as they happen

? Work in close cooperation with servicemen involved

? Proper reporting of the service work and providing requested information per job when required

? Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

? Proven experience-preferably in duct cleaning or related industry.

? communication skills (ability to speak and

hold a conversation in English language

)

? Ability to learn easily.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality and customer satisfaction.

? UAE Divers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,700.00 per month
