Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

AC Duct Cleaning Supervisor

to lead a small team of technicians in delivering high-quality HVAC duct cleaning services. The Supervisor will be responsible for operating duct cleaning equipment, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and international standards (e.g., NADCA), driving the operations van, and training junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a

2-3 person duct cleaning team

on-site. Operate duct cleaning equipment (negative air machines, rotary brush systems, fogging units, inspection cameras). Perform site surveys, assess duct systems, and prepare job execution plans. Ensure compliance with

Dubai Municipality Health & Safety standards

. Provide

before-and-after inspections

using cameras for customer reports. Train technicians on safe handling of equipment, chemicals, and PPE. Drive the operations van to client sites (valid UAE driver's license required). Maintain accurate daily reports of jobs completed, hours worked, and materials used. Support sales team with technical input on client quotations if required.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

3-5 years of HVAC duct cleaning / maintenance experience

in UAE or GCC. Previous experience as a

team leader, supervisor, or senior HVAC technician

. Strong knowledge of

duct cleaning processes

(negative pressure, agitation, sanitization). Familiarity with

Dubai Municipality and NADCA guidelines

. Valid

UAE driver's license

(manual preferred). Good communication skills (English essential; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus). Ability to work flexible hours and manage on-site client interactions.

Education

Diploma or Technical Certification in

HVAC / Mechanical / Facilities Maintenance

(preferred). Health & Safety certifications (advantage).
