Your expertise in recruitment As an HR Recruiter at Union Square House, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top strategies, candidate evaluation, and relationship building will be in shaping our workforce. Key Responsibilities- \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions. Source, identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct initial screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skills qualifications, and cultural fits \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand departmental needs and workforce planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with HR colleagues to streamline onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare offer letters, contracts and other necessary documentation for successful candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements- \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resource business administration, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience of 5-10yrs as a recruiter, preferably in a real estate industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 skills, experience, and cultural fit accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
