About the job NON IT Recruiter
Dear Candidates,
We are in Look out for Talent Acquisition Professional for our Dubai Office
Required Skill Set:
Preferably HR or Recruitment experience in Recruitment firm essential
End to End recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
Good understanding of Internet & MS office is must.
Ability to understand technical and nontechnical & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Prior work experience in non IT recruitment is MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements
Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan
Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums
Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process
Salary - AED 4000 to AED 5000 / Negotiable for the Right Candidate
Visa - Female candidates who are holding Spouse Visa
Job Location - Burjuman Dubai .
