We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR processes and operations within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day HR tasks, such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, and compliance with local labour laws.
The candidate should possess excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive industry and sound knowledge of UAE labour regulations are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, collecting necessary paperwork, and coordinating training schedules.
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling employee inquiries.
Oversee payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely employee payment while adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and implementing necessary changes to HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues as they arise.
Prepare and analyse HR-related reports and metrics.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking employee participation.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes, improve employee experience, and drive organisational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience in the automotive industry in the UAE
Must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must have an in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
