Rainbow Properties is growing and we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will be central to managing HR functions, supporting our employees, and ensuring that our workplace remains engaging, compliant, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance in a professional manner.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of HR experience, with preference for candidates from the real estate sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
