We are seeking an inspiring Human Resources Manager to join our team, working across the whole school. Positioned within the Operational Support Team, the post holder will ensure effective recruitment, implement and review HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.

We are looking for a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to develop this forward-looking school. Safeguarding is a priority for us; all of our staff must be committed to the safeguarding of all of our students.
Successful applicants will:

• Have a higher education qualification in HR or a business related subject
• Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Have experience in HR at this, or similar level
• Be an outstanding communicator with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
