Position: Human Resources Manager -Female Status: Immediate Joining Experience: Min 03 - 05 years Duties & Responsibilities
Managing mail and correspondences
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
File and update contact information of employees.
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Document expenses and hand in reports
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
Multi-tasking and time management capability
Payroll processing - WPS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintaining spreadsheets for various payments and office purposes.
Documents Copy, scan, and store
File documents in physical and digital records
Recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Recruitment and Selection, Knowledge use of job portal for hiring.
Maintain employee records
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Language: English, Hindi ,Punjabi
Qualification: Any graduate
Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule. Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Experience:

• Hiring / Manage Team: 3 years (Preferred)
• Interview / Data Management /Screening: 1 year (Preferred)
