The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions to support the company's real estate operations. This role ensures efficient recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, performance management, and overall HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, leasing, admin, marketing, property management, back office).
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents and administrative staff.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with department heads for selection.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and documentation processes for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HR systems, and digital files.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, termination letters, and other HR documents.
Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
3. Employee Relations
Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
4. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Provide guidance to management on legal requirements, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
5. Performance Management
Lead performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking for real estate teams.
Support managers in identifying training needs and setting performance standards.
Drive professional development initiatives and skill-enhancement programs.
6. Organizational Development
Develop HR strategies aligned with company growth in the real estate industry.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and departmental structuring.
Enhance company culture and promote productivity across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and digital HR tools.
Preferred Skills
Real estate industry understanding (sales, brokerage, property management, developer operations).
Management of group of companies with end to end HR Operation independently.
