HR Manager
and play a key role in building a motivated, high-performing workforce.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence, transparency, and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the real estate or property sector). Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
