s- HR Manager A global company is looking for a Human Resources Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administration departments. They will be responsible for providing support to staff in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. They also provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Responsibilities: Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and implement effective onboarding plans Handle payroll administration Administer employee benefits programs. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements Review employment Requirements: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; (LMRA. GOSI, MOL, etc) Excellent organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently in a fast Nationality: Preferable Bahraini Job Type: Full-time Salary: From BD400.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
