We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, visa processing, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should be familiar with UAElabor laws and have hands-on experience managing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection of staff (job posting, interviews, onboarding).
Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO and government authorities.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents.
Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and support disciplinary procedures.
Oversee performance evaluations and assist in training and development activities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Coordinate with management on HR policies and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 1 year of HR experience in the UAE.
Good knowledge of UAE labor law and visa procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
English proficiency.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary starting from AED 9,000 per month (depending on experience).
