Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
Organizational Restructuring Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading organizational restructuring initiatives to support scalability and align with business growth, including department structuring and resource allocation.
Strategic HR Leadership: 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and implementing OKR frameworks.
Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities, with experience facilitating strategic planning sessions and collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Analytical & Compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in HR analytics, talent metrics, and budget management, along with a thorough understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance (including Emiratization requirements)
