Human Resources Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing automotive organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR operations, support business growth, and work closely with leadership in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
-Handle HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE Labour Law
-Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting
-Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation
-Support leadership with HR strategy, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Requirements:
-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the automotive industry
-Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
-Experience handling blue- and white-collar workforce
-Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
