Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development. Responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting overall organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Policy development and enforcement. Training and development initiatives. Compliance with labor laws and regulations. Benefits administration and employee engagement. HR recordkeeping and documentation. Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Human Resource: 2 years (Preferred)
- English fluently (Preferred)
