We are looking to hire an HR Manager, for our client
Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing:
Manpower Planning
Ensure sourcing for all positions happens as per defined requirements and guidelines
Provide support for recruitment and staffing across functions in the Corporate Office
Talent Management/Development:
Devise strategies to develop and retain key talent
Succession planning
Establish pathways and programs for talent growth and provide actionable insights
HR Operations:
Manager the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit
Manage and coordinate payroll processes
Address employee queries and handle grievances
Maintain, monitor and review HR databases and systems
Learning & Development :
Develop a Learning & Development Calendar to upgrade the current skill levels to meet the gap requirement over staggered time horizon
Be able to deliver trainings and also build content
Keep evolving on the L&D strategy and programs to enhance effectiveness to meet measurable desired outcomes
Performance management and Employee progression:
Evolve a robust Performance management system by driving various elements of the appraisal system from the top
Driving absolute clarity in role KRAs and expectation/targets setting running across every appraisee-appraiser with due discussion, agreement and documentation
Ensure a fair and timely cycle of performance appraisal review system and calibration backed with robust process of communication to enhance employee confidence in the process at each level.
Ensure the performance management process is communicated in a timely manner to all employees and that the training on performance management system and process is given to all new joinees
Compensation and Benefits Expertise:
Apply the best practices of developing a good Compensation & Benefits policy and structure which helps in attracting best talent and retaining them.
