Job Description

To liaise with various department heads/PM\xe2\x80\x99s in order to anticipate future hiring need and devise, forecast and budget hiring and employment visa strategy and cost accordingly. To oversee overall activities of HR department function to achieve organizational objectives. To monitor Training and Development department and arrange to conduct technical training by Company and other concerns as and when required including planning, scheduling and conducting of technical programs. To review the current performance management system and identify the areas of improvements. Maintain contact with employees to proactively address complaints and grievances and resolve the same in coordination with all concerned within minimum time. To oversee the grievance handling process, conflict resolution, leave management, disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as per UAE Labor Law. To implement innovative and new practices. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures, HR policies across the organization.
  • Timely update management about different reports, presentations related to HR functions.
To devise strategies for employee engagement and arrange staff events. Education: HRM/CHRM/CIPD or any relevant Experience Experience: 10+ years (Min 5yrs at Head Level) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED9,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
