We are seeking an experienced and strong HR professional with a solid background in the automotive and car sales industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR operations, staff coordination, visa processes, and reporting directly to the Company Director.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE, within the automotive / car sales industry
Must have prior experience in the automotive business
Single / unmarried
Age between 28 and 40 years
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and immigration procedures
Able to handle visa work on time for all staff without delays
Strong operations and management skills
Excellent communication and people-management skills, capable of handling 200+ staff
Able to clearly explain company policies to employees and act as a bridge between staff and management
Capable of preparing clear HR reports and updates for the Company Director
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Work Conditions:
Only Sundays off (no additional off days due to the sensitive nature of operations)
Annual leave: 1 month per year
