Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent are highly preferred
Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 8-10 years working in the UAE
Mandatory background in contracting, construction, or engineering companies
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa procedures
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site workforce operations
