Mackenzie Jones is currently managing the search for a well-established, reputable organization within facility management and construction sector, seeking for a seasoned HR Manager to join the business. The main purpose of the role would be to maintain and assist in implementation of HR strategies along with policies and procedures that support the Business goals whilst ensuring that all human resources operations are managed smoothly and effectively.
The Role
Key responsibilities:
Assist in Implementation of HR strategy for the respective business.
Assists in the implementation and compliance of Human Resource policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings.
Manage HR compliance with all existing governmental, legal, corporate requirements.
Actively participate in corporate HR projects if and when required.
Support HR projects within the respective business.
Participate in annual salary and bonus review exercise.
Manage internal client HR requests and provide appropriate solutions.
Prepare and maintain HR reports for business management at large and HR department as required.
Follow HR departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals.
Ensuring compliance with HR- and company policies, processes and procedures.
Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
The Person
Key requirements:
BA Degree or similar
HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years managing a HR Department. At least 2 years of this experience should be in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
Government regulations
HRMS
Employee relations within the UAE
End to end recruitment process
HR tools: understanding impact and knowing how to implement and maintain
