Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hotel employee engagement programs, staff recognition, and wellness events
• Support internal HR communications including newsletters, emails, and posters for staff activities
• Coordinate welfare committee meetings and encourage participation from all departments
• Maintain event calendars, participation records, and expense tracking for HR reports
• Work closely with department heads to organize HR-driven events and staff initiatives
• Handle daily HR administrative duties such as document filing, onboarding support, and record management
• Participate in HR brainstorming sessions to propose creative ideas for improving workplace culture

Ideal Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about hospitality and people development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of graphic or content creation tools is an advantage
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to HR operations
