Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Design and administer compensation and benefits schemes.
Lead HR team and coordinate training initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop HR policies and procedures.
