Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including workforce management, performance management, talent management, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties: -
1)Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management ,performance management, and offboarding -
2) Source profiles from various sites, primarily indeed ,schedule interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires -
3) Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
4) Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
5) Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7)Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
