Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

Human Resources Generalist

to support our HR team and play a key role in managing a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals. The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, and more.

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and team. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, or issues. Assist in performance management processes including evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions. Work with managers to ensure performance issues are addressed effectively and appropriately. Help identify training needs and assist in organizing employee development programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a learning culture within the organization. Support payroll processing and assist employees with any payroll or benefits-related inquiries. Maintain HR records, employee files, and related documentation according to company policies and legal requirements. Support and contribute to HR initiatives such as employee wellness programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and team-building activities.

Job Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or related role. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. A proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude. Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
