Human Resources Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and learning & development. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage visa processing for new joiners and existing employees, including documentation, renewals, and security approvals
-Handle Occupational Health Card (OHC) applications and renewals
-Oversee employee accommodation matters including check-in, check-out, and transfers
-Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, payslips, and official correspondence
-Support onboarding and induction programs in coordination with HR team members
-Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and required documentation
-Review and analyze HR data for regular staffing and headcount reporting
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
-3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition or training administration, preferably in the hospitality sector
-Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required
-Proficiency in MS Office and strong HR documentation skills
Working Days: 4 days per week
Package Includes:
-Salary Range: AED 6000 - 8000 per month
-Employment visa will be provided
-Group medical insurance for the employee and their family members
