Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Prepare and update employee records, contracts, and documentation
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
Support management with performance evaluations and HR policies
Organize staff training, orientations, and employee engagement activities
Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company procedures
Requirements
Female candidate currently based in UAE
Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in F&B or hospitality industry)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
Excellent communication skills in
English and Arabic
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Able to work independently and handle confidential information
