Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and MOHRE documentation
Handle employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and PRO-related tasks
Manage performance appraisals, warnings, and disciplinary actions
Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR queries
Prepare HR reports and support manpower planning
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration and front-office coordination
Maintain company records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and support management tasks
Assist with internal communication and coordination between departments
Support compliance documentation and audit requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in
real estate or brokerage
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labour Law & MOHRE procedures
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Admin systems
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
