We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment coordination, interviews, and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR role
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
Experience in retail, trading, or e-commerce companies
UAE labor law knowledge (if applicable)
