The HR Executive supports the HR department in managing key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with UAE labour laws, records management, HR reporting, and assisting in HR initiatives and policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support the onboarding of new employees, including orientation and document verification.
Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking.
2. Employee Relations & Support
Respond to employee queries and support effective communication between staff and management.
Assist in resolving workplace concerns professionally.
Support employee engagement activities.
3. HR Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, leave balances, and personal files.
Ensure HR actions comply with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
Assist in HR reporting and preparing required documentation.
4. Performance & Training Support
Assist in performance appraisal processes, including feedback collection and record maintenance.
Coordinate training courses and track training activities.
5. Administrative Support
Prepare HR reports and summaries .
Provide administrative support to HR management as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Typically 1-2 years of HR-related experience.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Arabic language is a plus
