We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR policies, and best practices to support daily HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisal systems.
Address employee queries, promote engagement, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in an HR role is
required
.
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems (e.g., SAP, ZOHO, Preferably ODOO).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
