Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Agents.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate training and development activities
Address employee queries and grievances effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
3-5 years of relevant HR experience in Real Estate. (Compulsory)
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
