Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, compliance, and coordination with other departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and coordinate new-hire orientation and logistics, including training, attendance, and checklists for all required tasks.
Support staff members with HR-related concerns such as compensation, benefits, vacation, misconduct, and problem resolution.
Maintain HR records and employee files in company software in accordance with compliance regulations and policies.
Handle visa renewal processes efficiently and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Exercise discretion while working with highly confidential information and collaborate closely with payroll and other departments.
Stay updated on employment law, labor regulations, and other legal HR obligations to ensure company compliance.
Manage HR processes during times of crisis, such as layoffs, mergers, health crises, or other disruptions.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR-related role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
