Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Assist in organizing HR events and activities.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics and staffing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR or hospitality industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
Discretion and confidentiality.
