Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR department in all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and fosters a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring proper orientation and integration into the company culture.
Maintain and update HR records and applicant tracking systems.
Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Track training participation and effectiveness, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending learning initiatives.
Support initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Assist in organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and corporate events.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and help resolve HR-related issues.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment practices, training coordination, and employee engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
Strong attention to detail
