Providing ongoing responses to the needs of employees and managers
Planning and execution of annual welfare activities
Operating the organizational training system and regulatory training, including documentation and data entry into systems
Responsibility for budgetary control of the Human Resources Department and designated projects
Handling purchase orders, suppliers and invoices
Implementation and operation of an annual work plan
Managing ongoing contact and providing solutions to the retiree population
Ongoing work with internal organizational interfaces and external parties
Producing monthly reports, processing and analyzing various employee information and data from human resources systems

Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Management
Previous experience in the field of human resources in an organization - required
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including teamwork ability
Experience working in SAP system - a significant advantage
* High level of computer skills and Excel skills
