Knight Hotels Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in a range of administrative and operational duties, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, processes, and labor laws.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is a plus.
A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
