Hiring Human Resources Coordinator for a reputed client based in Dubai. Key Job responsibilities Onboarding Process- as a HR Coordinator you would be responsible for complete HR administrative tasks and handling entire employee life cycle. Leave Management Payroll Management Visa Process Management Employee Relations Support in engagement activities for the staff & handle the social media accounts. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Competencies and Requirements

  • 2- 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills advanced knowledge on Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experienced of serving a large employee count
  • Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors
  • Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Candidates who can join immediately would be given preference.
