Handle entire end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to selection
Post job advertisements across multiple platforms and screen applications
Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare employment contracts
Manage comprehensive onboarding process for new hires including orientation sessions
Ensure all pre-boarding documentation and logistics are completed efficiently
Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate smooth integration
2. PAYROLL COORDINATION & ADMINISTRATION:
Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
Maintain employee attendance records and manage leave calculations
Process payroll data including overtime, allowances, and deductions
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries
Ensure feeding & updating all employee information on Paytrax system
3. OFFICIAL DUTIES & COMPLIANCE:
Obtain and renew medical/insurance cards for new staff within due time
Ensure health certificates for F&B staff are obtained and renewed timely
Process and renew staff I.D. cards as required
Maintain smooth workflow between HR department and Head Office
Prepare required employment contracts for all staff categories
Arrange air tickets for staff and assist with bank account opening for new employees
4. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for different departments
Coordinate skills development sessions and performance improvement initiatives
Schedule and organize training workshops and professional development activities
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness
Support career development planning for employees
5. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & ACTIVITIES:
Participate in organizing monthly staff gatherings and team-building events
Coordinate various tournaments, trips, and staff outings
Organize Annual Staff Party and other social activities
Foster positive employee relations and address staff concerns
Oversee staff restaurant quality and cleanliness standards
6. ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
Issue all required documentation for new hires joining the hotel
Ensure staff passports are renewed in a timely manner
Maintain regular reporting, filing systems, and frequent updates
Administer annual staff leave schedules and vacation planning
Coordinate monthly staff accommodation inspections with Accommodation Supervisor
Update information notice boards regularly
Participate in budget and FF&E budget preparation processes
7. POLICY DEVELOPMENT & COMPLIANCE:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Handle disciplinary procedures and maintain employee records
Support performance management and evaluation processes
Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior
