Human Resources Coordinator
1. Manage employees' Benefits.
2. Manage employees' Orientation.
3. Manage employees' Exit Process.
4. Prepare and update hospital policies.
5. Full knowledge of DoH (Department of Health) E-Licensing (HFL and HPL).
6. Assist in recruitment, interviews and hiring.
7. Assist the hospital's Quality Department.
8. Manage Training Calendar for HR and Hospital Depts.
*Minimum requirements:
1. Full knowledge of the Doh (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) licensing procedures for both HFL and HPL.
2. Full knowledge of Hospital's policies and procedures.
3. Full knowledge of the MOHRE laws.
4. Recruitment background.
5. Advanced computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
