Source, interview, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (DHA, MOH, RNs, etc.)
Maintain compliance with labor laws, requirements, and company policies
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
Conduct background checks, license verifications, and employment eligibility documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter,
Solid knowledge of
labor law
, and Recrutment
regulations
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
