Job Description

We are looking for a qualified H.R Officer who can join immediately in our team. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and good knowledge in latest HR practises.

Responsibility

Maintain bio-metric system in different office locations and generate daily attendance report. Coordinate with timekeeper for daily site staff daily attendance and update in the system on daily basis.

Assist in payroll Preparation, overtime, addition and deletion of employee\xe2\x80\x99s name and bank details.

Prepare leave salaries, and final EOSB calculation.

Preparing Employee Contracts, Offer Letters, Employment Certificates, Experience Letters, and other letters as requested.

Assist in preboarding and onboarding process.

Monitoring the validity of staff visas, Work Permits, and passports to renew or extend it before the expiry date.

Supporting the development and implementation of Human Resources initiatives and systems.

Provide exceptional Employee relation in all matters related to human resources and resolving grievances in a professionally manner.

Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary, which includes re-defining and setting up of KPI.

Support in managing the insurance policies including the administration, addition, deletion of members, proper entitlement application, and medical insurance process assistance.

Support in managing staff\xe2\x80\x99s probationary performance and evaluation to recommend confirmation.
