We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant in Dubai with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative and human resources processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on various HR initiatives including planning and preparing training programs for the company, and performance evaluation management alongside general administrative tasks.   • Provide daily operational support to the Line Manager and team members.
  • Process employees requests and provide relevant information and updates.
  • Deal with employee requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support with the company Performance Management cycle.
  • Follow up with Line Managers on performance management document completion deadlines.
  • Ensure all performance ratings are captured/ updated yearly for all staff.
  • Draft any letters/ notices as informed by the Line Manager during a grievance or disciplinary process.
  • Ensure system updates are made and soft copies are kept.
  • Schedule meetings with relevant staff and Line Managers, as informed by your Line Manager.
  • Support the Line Manager with providing information as requested, to ensure corrective actions are taken and completion of audit requirement.
  • Provide information to the Line Manager as requested to facilitate effective reporting.
  • Ensure regular system updates to ensure all data is current/ up to date.
  • Support the Line Manager with any ad-hoc projects or activities as and when required.
  • Complete tasks effectively within the agreed timelines and in line with AESGs HR policies and processes.
  • Work together with the Line Manager on updating and maintaining HR policies, processes/procedures, templates, forms etc.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (joining date, absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) through liaising with relevant departments and finance.
  • Support the Line Manager with the process (e.g., letters/forms, system updates, JDs review) of any staff changes related to increments, promotions, designation, and grade changes, etc.
  • Coordinate the transfer of employees (e.g., internal regional change) with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure employee C & B data management on Netsuite and ensure soft copies are updated and kept in relevant folders.
The ideal candidate fits the below profile:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in administrative and human resources processes
  • Good administrative and typing skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the job role
  • Ability to keep confidential information within the limited assigned team members
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Knowledge of Labour Law preferred
  • Personable, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly
