As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join us in supporting our Human Resources department and employees. Responsibilities: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates. Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and updating employee records. Maintain employee records and Human Resources databases, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs. Process payroll information accurately and on time, including verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and resolving payroll discrepancies. Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and assistance on Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
