Job Description

HR Administrative Assistant job duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Liaise with public relation department for visa formalities
  • Process active employee\'s visa renewals in coordination with their respective line managers for their confirmation on employees renewal approval
  • Track visa expiry of all employees in UAE and follow up the visa renewal , Ensure to send visa renewal email to Line Mangers
  • Coordinate with employees for visa medical and Tawjeeh class
  • Coordination with public relation team for visa renewal and dependent visa process
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Type visa and other immigration applications into the online government immigration systems.
  • Updating immigration documents, processes, and procedures.
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
  • Assist with the recruitment process and issuing employment contracts.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
