Human Resource Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Oversee performance appraisal systems and career development programs
Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics
Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
