We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Manager for Recruitment and HR Administration Role
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Mid & Junior Level Position
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract best-in-class candidates, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals, professional networks, industry events, social media, and advanced search techniques.
Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and due diligence to identify top talent with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiate compensation packages and on board candidates
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment
Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping to identify emerging talent trends and competitor insights.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand their talent needs and close the position as per given timelines.
Maintain employee records including On-boarding details, Salary , Promotion and Transfers
Process salary as per the timelines every month
Ensure Visa and other HR compliances with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure staff performance as per KRA and report to senior management about employee performance improvement areas
Demonstrate a proactive, self-starter approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Exhibit a "can-do" attitude, overcoming challenges and finding creative solutions to talent acquisition obstacles.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
